Thanks guys. Unfortunately I'm not irritated a Daiwa lol, I have to buy 2 cranks for zillions. I never looked because I didn't know of a single reel over 100 bucks that you couldn't replace knobs on. I bought three sets of these RCS knobs, one for my Steez and two for my zillions and wouldn't you know, zillions have riveted knobs.
Oh well, hawgtech here I come.

Nothing at all, I just like to tinker and I think they look great.

I think so too hahaha. I'm a permanent tinkerer (is that a word) and usually I just sell off all my reels every winter and replace them with something different but I'm pretty much in love with all of my reels right now except a couple of Tatula's so to fight the urge to get different junk I won't like as much I'm just tinkering with what I've got.
My wife keeps wondering why I'm getting packages from Japan though since I no longer play with cars.

New parts came today for my finesse rig. Alphas R swept drag star, Steez swept handle, and more RCS corks for the knobs.

That looks awesome... Thinking of doing something to my zillion as well.

Wish I'd have never started, I am afraid I'm hooked now. I'm looking for the perfect handle for my Zillion and then a dress up kit from hedgehog studios to match the reel to the blue on the Champ it's sitting on.

You know I never thought about that. Might be something to look into when I decide to take it further than bearings/handle/knobs and stuff like that.
I've seen some seriously sick custom painted reels out there.
I've gotta buy the wife a new car in 2-3 months, I don't like having much debt(aka no more than I could pay working at walmart if my job disappeared) so I'm gonna but my hump to pay it off in a year, then I'm shooting for a megabass custom reel as a present for getting it paid off quickly lol.

Not to hijack, but what do you not likable about the Tatulas? They're on my short list for a new reel. Btw I dig the cork handles, I've never seen those before.

Just the overall size. If they're comfortable to palm for you they are a great reel with ridiculous casting distance and backlash proof when set up right. The side plate is just to bulky for the way I like to hold them.
