I'm trying to find a good place to fish there off the bank. I wish they had a barge there

Thanks Crappie Boy..I hope u had luck because my partner and I sure didnt. We fished kelly creek andc we went up river from maud all the way to the monument boat landing and got absolutely nothing..water was muddy and had a fast current...

Fished the main lake today and it was tough. Had only one bite and caught it, nice crappie. That's it. Water temp anywhere from 60-65. It was rough and didn't see anybody catching anything.

I only caught small ones at that barge

What is the deal with these fish fellas? Is it too early? Have they spawned already? This is just crazy...

Well last 2 days caught one crappie each day. Fished deep and shallow, nothing. I think we are still a week maybe 2 away. Water temp was right at 60 for the most part. Even went and tried at the spillway and didnt even get a bite. It was a tough 3 days of fishing. Not only was the crappie not biting but the catfishing wasn't great either. Should start getting good though.

I hope so bro..its back to wrk for me on wed for another 8 straight 10hr shifts so I wont get back on water until next week when I get my 6 off..keep me informed crappie boy...

They was releasing a little over a thousand, so yeah really a little to much to fish from the wall. You could fish the end of the wall but had no success there either.

They turned it down today when I was there. I can't find a good place to fish from the bank around here. I miss Ray Roberts lol
