I have started a new adventure in fly tying. Poppers. It's a bit more time consuming, but it's been a ton of fun. I've never done it before, so it's a work in progress. My daughter also wanted to join in on the art evening.  I did a test run on a soft foam wapsi perfect popper to see how long it would take, and just to get used to the Copic ABS. It's not great, but I think i'm off to a good start, at least for a newbie. There's a lot of trial and error since this is my first try. I'm hoping to epoxy tomorrow night. I'm not there yet, any day now. You are an artist already. I use that same vise, BTW with an HEB bag cut off at the first fold sitting under it to catch the trash. "tip"
