An old guy that hasn't fished since he was a young guy. Recently sent a message to the "Very good folks at the TPWD" asking why there was never any Crappie fishing reports from Lake Texoma. I was referred to TFF, I can't even begin to express how much I've enjoyed going through most of the posting on a daily basis. What I'm most impressed with = ? Answer = How open and sharing you folks are regarding Crappie fishing. Can't even begin to tell you how much great info is passed on in this forum.
Looking forward to hopefully contributing in the near future....

 to the forum. There are plenty of crappie in Texas lakes for all of us to share. And the person you help today might be the person who helps you tomorrow. So, IMHO, it only makes sense to help anytime you can. I know I owe a lot to the individuals who helped me when I joined this forum and asked about Joe Pool Lake. So I try to pass it on when I can. And have found that most members feel the same way.

the forum rocks  if the info isn't posted its sent via a pm here the gurus a crappie ketchn reside in these parts the baits , the tackle , the info . the works are right here  I have only been to texoma one time for crappie so I cant tell ya much about there the low water levels aint helpin much up there from what I hear

Takes about an hour and 15 minutes to get to Texoma. I haven't been but once since last fall. I plan on starting to go back up there in April. I'll post when I have some luck up there.
