How is the boat ramp at Lakeview Marina? Since the water has been so low, and they made it down to one lane open at Lakeview, I have been going to Twin Points at the south end of the lake. Would that be an option until the water level comes up a little? I really do prefer Lakview, because it's mid-lake and has the Marina store there. But I can see things getting a little hectic there due to 1 lane open and the ramp is sometimes rather slick and hard to get out of. Just my thoughts on it because I do plan to attend these tournaments and hope it runs rather smoothly launching and loading so we all have a good experience and keep coming back.
Thank You

Sure launch where you want.. Yes there is only one ramp open but you can launch on the other ramp with a dual axle trailer. I think the launching will run smooth.

After the ramp is wet and slick you will not be able to pull your truck out w/out 4 wheel drive. Just FYI.

Tip of the week:: Well thanks to my good buddy Monte Coon at Moritz Chevrolet my truck pulls my boat out fine. I don't have to put it in 4 wheel drive. A good truck and good tires do the trick for me. Give Monte a call if a good truck is needed when pulling a boat.

Just got some new Cooper tires on my 2wd beastly Tundra. Pulled it out just fine and the ramp was real wet.
Anyone need a partner tomorrow? Come on! Would be my first tourney. You know how that beginners luck thing works. Who needs some extra $$$$$?

I put in there on a regular basis, and never had any problems. Only place I put in right now. I'd rather pay these guys to launch, rather than giving it to the TRWD at Twin Points. Plus it's free if you fish the tournament.
