I am not sure if you have the whole bottom of your tank covered in rocks or not but the flounder need to have a space of just sand for them to lay on. They have very sensitive stomachs(the skin on the stomach). If you notice in your pic, the flounder is on the side of the glass, that usually happens when they dont like being on the ground. I had a few when I was a kid and they are cool but they need the soft bottom. I have since moved to cichlids and am thinking about a big reef tank. The cichlids also love the soft sand bottom, they enjoy sifting through the sand. Neat fish and the peacock should get big, assuming you have him in at least a 75 gallon tank. Anything under 50 would almost be too small!

After looking at your pictures, it doesnt look like you have anything on the bottom but big rocks. Swimming pool filter sand works great and looks awesome!!!!
Here is a pic.

Where can you get peacock bass? I wonder if they would live in my newly dug pond. Wow that would be a heck of a great pond. Does any one know? Do they have to have warmer water than we can maintain here in texas.

Beautiful fish/tank Sea_Ark. I need to get mine going again. I have a 55 gallon in the garage with everything. After my big oscar died I gave up. I love the chiclids. Look slike you have a good variety.
