It's a social fishing event for carp anglers. We target Carp and Smallmouth Buffalo for the sport,by rod and reel.
We welcome other anglers to join us on the bank.Best way to find out about it is to show up.
Send me a message if you'd like to know anything else about it.

I'm in talks with the county judge in McLennan County about getting a porta jon for this event.
Then event will now be from 7 am Saturday until Sunday for those that want to stay over night.
Remember this is a CAG fish in and membership is not required to attend.
So far we're looking at having 12 anglers so far.Hope to see you out there.

I would like to thank Joe for setting up the event , although the weather got nasty for about an hour with rain . we managed to have a great time visiting with old friends and new , some came from as far as Austin to fish the event . Congrats to Larry and Cristian on doing the better of the hauling today .Also congrats to " little Cris " on some great catches. Thx Little Cris thanks for all the help with the net on most of our catches . A local fisherman from Waco stopped and visited with us and we let his 12 yr old son reel in a 17 lb buff ,it was nice to see the grin on his face when he successfully landed the fish . Larry also let his dad reel one today . Excellent fajitas were flowing around heavily as well Thanks Cristian for those flehan food here are some of the pictures i took . a view from the tent while it rained Little Cris's fish A few of Larrys fish and lastly Larrys double hook up

I had a great time. I only had a few fish but plenty of fish were caught up and down the bank. A few of the fish were bigger than I expected, 2 near 30 buffs were landed. Good times with a great group of guys at a really nice spot. Thanks to those pioneers that found this spot for sharing it with us and thanks to Joe for setting this up. For those that may be curious I drove over to the point and it looks like private property. Here are the few pics I took.
