Probably so. What we really need are two back to back storms, so that the ground is saturated, the creeks are full, and that second storm can push heavy flow to the lake.
What would Gary Dollahon do if he were here today?

It has already came up over an inch, but if they do not close the gates it won't hold but for a day or two. It's a start!
