 Fly wheel is spinning but not turning over

So when I try to crank it, it'll try to start, next turn of the key I can hear the flywheel spinning but it doesn't try to turn over, any ideas?

I bet you need to lube the starter bendix.

I know when mine use to do that, majority of the time my battery wasnt fully charged giving it enough juice. Take the battery off and get it tested at auto zone, if battery is good then you might want to try shooting some starter fluid into the carbs and see if that helps.

I bet you need to lube the starter bendix. This or weak battery.
