Since when did catfish become so fragile? Geez you guys act like were dealing with a BASS! Catfish are a very hardy fish, especially when its cool outside! Glad she's swimming again but you should of been able to have that fish weighed no problems.... was this necessary? Didn't mean to take away from the post, that's pretty awesome you put him on an awesome fish! I will start another thread..... Nice work to the both of you. That was handled great on both sides.

Thanks for the nice comments ,he enjoyed reading them. No harm done Smoky. We usually travel for stripes and hybies but it looks that I will be washing my boat more often because he is hooked on blues now. We are gonna get some heavier scales and do it again this weekend hope to meet some of you on the water.
