you live in PA, well a no brainer would be Presque Isle in Erie, PA...I used to live across the border in N.E.Ohio in Ashtabula County ( on a private lake Roaming Shores - if your from the area you will know the body of water ! )...anyway launch in Presque Isle Bay, leave the bay and run East to the N.Y. line and start fish'n...the big smallmouths will flat wear you out !!! or go to the east coast and fish the Striped Bass aka. Rockfish run on the Atlantic Ocean bays and tributaries...either way you win !!!

time the spawn somewhere, you didn't say when you're going, you're not far from Erie or Champlain and tremendous smallmouth fishing. Try bedfishing smallmouth around Bass Island, Lake Erie

If you're ready to go now that Chicamauga in TN sounds good.
