Shaun from Mariner Sails helped me with this. Hobie Ram 1" u-bolt with a rail base and ball. That in conjunction with the appropriate YakAttack comob mount for my fishfinder had me set up quick. No drilling.    It was super quick to get on there and the mount is far enough forward that I can still use the handle.
Fish eat things. I'll put things in the water that fish like to eat. I'll attach these things to a hook, line, rod, and reel. How hard can this be?
