Using cut buffalo for bait in 24 to 29 FOW we made good on some blue cats today.
I took the first big fish, a 29 pound blue, it was a good fight, soon we were putting some good box cats in the live well and then a another good cat came calling.
Bigfost took it and it a was his new PB a whopping 39 pounds and three ounces, a real good fight!
We ended the day with the two CPRs and a box full of three to 6 pound blues, a good day on the water.

Great work there and Congrats on the new PB! Several nice fish for sure!
Is that a carp in the eater box? I might have been tempted to hack that gold fish up and drifted with
a few hooks with it if that's what it was. Good kitty bait IMHO fish

That is a buffalo, Bigfost brought me several and that was our bait for the day, good stuff!
The shad started running then a cold snap pushed them back, they will be back and forth until the fronts stop rolling through every three days.
