Had a club tourney today and was fortunate enough to weigh in 24 + pounds with a 8.72 toad! It's great to see the lake full again and catch some big fish on the pines.

ToadHooker and Andy21, why do you "Pines Boys " feel that y'all need to come on TFF and toot your own horn about how you did in your club tournaments? If I ever was fortunate enough to win a tournament or catch a "Toad" or a "kicker" I would never boast on a public forum.

"Pines boys"? I've only fished pines a hand full of times in the last two years and today was one of the best days of fishing I've had in quite awile....a fishing forum seems to be a good place to talk about current fishing conditions. More than anything I was very happy to see the lake full and so active with many good bags weighed in. My club fishes tomorrow as well and we very well be out weighed and if that happens I will congradulate the anglers' who beat us on a fine day. Also I am not tooting my own horn as my partner caught the kicker fish and I was simply happy to be there and a part of it. We had a good day on the lake and last I checked that's why we fish. Any more questions?

I guess I did not catch the report of " many good bags" weighed in today in the original post.

Deep Donkey why dont you quit opening these guys post about pines since it seems to hurt your feelings that they have a good day.This is the second time that you haven't been able to handle someone catching a "kicker". Never seen someone be such a DB about someone talking about fishing on a FISHING FORUM.

To the OP congrats on the win.Pines is a great lake.I try to fish it a couple times a year and usually have some pretty good days out there.
