How long should a long distance trip be in between pee stops or endurance? I was pushing it as if in a real wilderness trip I did 6 1/2 hours in my SEA EAGLE. did a few strolls in the bush drank a lil water cast a bit with the R&R got back in and paddled off into the sunset for few more hours. The next day I could only make it to 5 1/2 hours this time I came in. I was only caring about 200 pounds of gear. (yak is rated for 650 max cap.) My Brothers Sea Kayak is always caring him and aprox 350 pounds of gear and he travels at least 21 days in the wilderness. well over hundred miles closer to 150 or more. I don't think I could keep up!

in the winter i only get out when nature calls.
with neoprene bibs or waders on, its a must!
spring-fall i stay in the yak for #1 in a empty Gatorade bottle.
a good comfy seat and the right life jacket will determine how long
you can stay in the saddle comfortable.

I pull it out my shorts when it's warm and go aim for the scupper I do get out every once in a while. When it's cold I get out and go

I've usually got an empty powerade or empty water bottle by the time I gotta go.

I've added the rubber floor mats. >> The ones mechanics use in front of their work benches. I cut them to fit the shape of the yak floor before I air it up! From an engineering perspective I am not sure if that is a good thing or not. It rises up in center as it airs up and firms everything up a bit. when I sit on it its quite comfortable. I have laid in it, and am contemplating sleeping in it on an overnighter, just tossing a thermal blanket , no tent or sleeping bag let the air walls and floor act as sleeping bag. I do know in very high winds I can slide off the seat on the floor. it really works wonderful. The inflatable stuff is like so advanced its like 2 different worlds.
