Lake is at full pool, don't know the water temp (go check and tell us), and you can get in the creeks if your boat will draft shallow enough to get to them. Hope this helps.

Didn't have much luck last Friday but that south wind was whipping hard ao didn't stay long..the temp was anywhere between 51-55 depending on the depth..hit a few creeks and fished anywhere from 2-10' of water but not much happening..this week could be a different story just gotta get out there and see.

DW, if you are not to busy on the tractor feeding cows, I will be hanging at the Liberty Hill screened shelters for the next nine days...just give me a call...I want to drive that new boat around some!!! Plus, I want to see how those new shoes fit, you know the ones BeltonBanger bought for you...HA..top that!

I may try and ease over that way.Im gettin the 5 wheel loaded up and were headed to Fairfield for spring break for a week .I will probably drive home each night dont know if I can handle 6 grandkids that long.Talked to Keith awhile ago and they havent made it into the creeks yet.Darrell

Well feel free to drop in, this would be a great time for a meet/greet/and maybe even get time to fish...

I managed to locate some a week ago, and enticed them to bite, albeit slowly...gonna throw a few more tricks on them, see if I can speed up the catching process.

I think you'll do better deep. but don't shy the shallow, because they will be a few there as well.

When y'all say deep water is it better to fish by the dam or in the trees? Ill be spending a week out there during spring break.
