Happen to be in the Lagrange walmart and noticed several smoked sausage brands that are from Elgin or Flatonia. Are these any good or comparable to reputable sausage from Elgin?

I bought some Southside Market Sausage at an HEB in Austin. It's good stuff.

I'd buy and give it a shot. Always on the lookout for something new.

Had a small problem with the BBQ Sauce at Elgin. The bottle on the table had separated sauce in the bottle. Small problem, the top cap had holes in it and when I shook the bottle, well you know what happened......

I was in a HEB store in College Station yesterday and noticed that they carried Praseks Hillje Smokehouse sausage. Now that's some good stuff right there!
