I went to the VA on July 2nd 2013. & I weighed 311.1 lbs, I now weigh 231.0 lbs, I've lost 80 lbs. & I have another 55 lbs to lose to get to my Basic Training weight, that is my goal. & I haven't weighed 231 lbs in maybe 20 yrs So I'm very PROUD   & this is what i'll look like in 55 lbs & I haven't weighed 175 lbs in 27 yrs. I'm in the middle  Sorry for posting in this section but this is where my friends are

That's great. You have lost the equivalent of carrying a 80lb bag of ready mix cement strapped to yourself. Keep up the good work that next 55lbs will be gone before you know it. I recently lost 48 lbs by just not eating carbs and walking 3 miles a morning.
