They do straight up catch fish. However, if I got one, I would also be investing in some scuba gear, especially since my luck with swimbaits has been less than phenomenal.

I probably wouldn't buy a trout pattern to throw in Texas.

unless your fishing for 15+ lb bass or bigger and in CA where theres a better chance to land monster bass of this type, makes no sense to pay that much for a bait unless your are specifically a big bass hunter...

Each one is hand carved and painted and look very realistic and the results speak for themselves.

It's like buying a Lambo, if you have the money to buy the best why buy a kit car?

Did y'all know there are sq bill crankbaits that are $50? lol

NUTZ Gotta remember most of the these baits are produced to sucker fisherman as much as fish.

There is not a rainbow trout in Clear Lake or The Delta and I catch bass on these swimbaits often.Sure,it's a crazy and unique niche of fishing, but man is it fun!Oh and by the way Mr. timtwins,I may have been fortunate enough to quit work sooner than most, but nothing was thrown my way.I truly and honestly hope you get there too my friend.Regards,Mike
