lost my dad in june at 51... had four more days till my leave started to take him on a fishing trip. not a day goes by that you dont miss them. stay strong and know hes with you when fishing. God Bless you buddy and sorry for your loss.

Sorry for your loss. Losing your father is really tough. We go through life thinking we are pretty much 'bulletproof'..and you just don't imagine life without him. I know it leaves you feeling 'numb' but, try to remember all the good times and every day you had him in your life. God bless....Prayers sent!! (I do watch - not sure how much good it will do, my 'family history -all men died before age 50 and I'm 66 now, so I'm thankful for each and every day)
