I've caught a couple of 3 and 4 lb'ers that last couple of years. My wife and I fish it most all the time since it is so hard to find a lake w/water in it enough to have an open ramp. If you fish the area between the ski ramp and the cove on the north side, have had decent luck there and also on the northeast end next to TCC campus where the creek comes in. We caught several sandies last spring plus a few crappie on crankbaits (lipless). Fish the coontails/reeds too. JMHO..hope you have decent luck.
