Had the chance to take my new little buddy hydraslide14 (alex)fishing earlier. He's a great kid and a great fisherman. Even managed to pull this nice 5 pounder out of a little creek that I didn't think even have a fish in it.

I'll tell you what, theres a creek that flows into the red river down the road form where i live that looks JUST LIKE THAT, and I guarentee Id go out there any day and out fish anyone that was on fork or any other good place. Its got me hooked.

Nice work Alex, haven't seen you out at grapevine lately. Was starting to wonder. But now I see Jay has stolen the most junior member of the carp brigade! I've been bass and crappie fishing grapevine a lot more so when you are at your moms if you are heading out shoot me an email. Any excuse to fish,
