The best result of my pond fishing trip Tuesday. Caught four other smaller ones. Do not know how much this one weighed. I guessed about seven pounds (open for opinions). He was about 20" long. Also caught some huge bluegill on a zoom lizard.

Nice Fish, here is a chart I found, of course ther are variances. I have also seen several other charts, and they have different weights, so it is certainly not exact. http://www.thejump.net/fishing/basschart.htm
Good Fishin' JR

Thanks for the compiments on the bass. I wish it was my pond. I would probaly have a hard time getting off of it. Oh well at least I got to fish it. It has the reeds all the way around it and lot of hydrilla. Water is almost crystal clear.
JROB thanks for the info. According the chart he was a little smaller than I thaught. I have caught smaller fish that scales said they weighed more than the chart says. Does not realy matter. The important thing is I got to catch him. laugh laugh
