I spoke with Jane 2 days ago and she said fishing has been tough. Water temp was 40 degrees. She said the water looked good and was falling slowly the fish just had lock jaw. She had only managed to boat 6 fish on that day.
I am set to go up there this Tuesday and it is supposed to be warming up beginning yesterday and continuing all next week. I've fished worse conditions on the Sabine so I am still looking forward to going.

You can fish off the sand bar at river ridge. It can be hit or miss, but should be decent right now.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much space!
