Started out kayak fishing at Flamingo in 2004. Most incredible place to fish I've ever been. Made a slideshow of some of my most memorable pictures taken over a 10 year period.

The Native Adventure Fishing World Championship starts there today. Can't wait to read the reports from some of my facebook friends that have traveled from different parts of the country to participate.

I'm not sure about the format of the tournament but would have wished they'd held it a little later in the year when the crocs are territorial, the winds are up, the mosquitoes are in full force all day long and the grass is so thick you can only paddle over it. Of course all the pedal folks would look at their choice of fishing craft in a whole different light. rolfmao

Flamingo... by far and away my favorite place on the planet. I fished it last week. We caught a lot of snook and a lot of reds. Everytime I return i question my decision to move to Texas. But Texas is awesome haha

Casey B is a beast. Lost in the Glades all night only to paddle 21 miles and win first place. Nuts!
