hey does anyone know of a place in Dallas or surrounding where you can catch Tilapia or is it just too cold out here?

fairfield...but, competition for them is crazy, had a fish kill last year where the banks were thick with dead tilapia. (btw) it's crazy cause of the throw nets! you'll see

Keeping game fish from cast nets is illegal. You can legally harvest non game fish in a cast net.
