One person, 10 trout. 2 persons 20 trout.
1 person in boat x 10 trout=limit
2 person in boat x 20 trout=limit
Limit in this sense means when each person on the boat catches their limit.
Limited out means if 4 folks were on the boat, they caught and kept 40 fish.

umm it was around july and we caught them all on shrimp ...... they would not bite an artificial i tried everything
