What is the best filet knife? One that stays sharp. Not looking for electric one have one.

Got a Bubba blade late last season and its a decent knife I ground off the handle on both sides to reduce the bulk for my liken. I still like the Rapala cheapo's for cleaning crappie

I got the 9" stiffie Bubba Blade and I like it. I'll be getting another 7" regular Bubba Blade in the next week or so. I am able to clean crappie w/ the stiffie, but sometimes I prefer a flexible blade on the smaller ones.
