Got her throat, she swallowed the lizard, but she was still strong when I released her. When we weighed her we couldn't believe it either so I tired a second set of scales and it was the same. My PB is 9 1/2 and this fish looked bigger, just not as fat.
Going to Falcon Monday and hopefully I'll wear out that set of scales lol  Good luck and BE CAREFUL Shipmate!

Offering professional largemouth photography here lol. Congrats Al on a PIG! I just knew it was a DD when I netted it! But Ill take a 8lber any day (still wish we had about 5 more scales haha). I witnessed this catch first hand and man was it awesome. And pretty sure he said it above ^ but we caught all our fish on Zoom Lizzards.
Well deserved fish for a great guy who has put his fair share of time in on this lake.
I'm in a red stratos for those of you who don't know. Stop by and give me a hollar any time y'all see me. Ill be on the lake tomorrow morning.

We got these off of Dunlap earlier this month. The first fish weighed a little over 8 pounds and the second fish weighed 5 and a quarter. Fish are staging for spawn. The big girls are active. March should be a good Big Fish month.
