Who can you guys recommend that I can spend some time with on the water one day for some overall training on the Humminbird SI/DI units?

Look up Clark Reehm's training. I went with him early last year and it gave me a whole different perspective on what my units were capable of.

Slade is the man you need for this job. He can help you set up your
unit as well as giving you the know how on how to identify and use
your Hummingbird unit more efficiently. I highly recommend him.
