OP eggs'isled Extreme Angler E Joined: Jul 2009 Posts: 1,628	Since Ranger won�t build a 17 foot 150 class boat anymore, I�m looking for a mid 90�s or later Ranger 451V...not concerned if the motor is blown or the trailer is trashed or if it needs new carpet and seats...what I�m looking for is a solid hull/transom/floor, basically as clean as possible to restore. Ideally I would pay top dollar for a garage kept queen that has been pampered and care for !!! As far as colors go any color scheme but red/black would be considered � prefer whites/blues/silvers...i know beggars can�t be choosers...lol If anybody knows of one please PM me. Thanks in advance ! OP eggs'isled Extreme Angler E Joined: Jul 2009 Posts: 1,628	Thanks Justin B - I know too well... and I have a post on BBC as well...lol I first sent an e-mail to Randy Hopper over at Ranger and asked if he would bless me with a new one since they keep all the old molds and I personally knew a guy who back in the 90's got them to build an out of production model, so I gave it a try and got denied...he cited NMME and the Coast Guard would not allow them to build it today ( BS )...so basically since it's no longer a Forrest L. Wood company, getting that extra super customer interaction is gone...lol, oh'well I will persevere !
