How can you tell the difference between a LMB, Kentucky/Spot, Native Bass, and Florida Bass?
Went to a lake that was stocked with "only" Florida bass and none of the fish caught looked like a Florida bass or LMB to me. Only way i know of is to look at the jaw line. I was told that the LMB/Floridas jaw line will extend behind the eye and a Kentucky/spot will stop in front of the eye.
Is there any truth to this?

That is the way described in the TPW manual. However, you have to have the jaws closed tightly to see the difference. Also Spotted bass and Kentucky bass have a Tongue tooth patch. It is a dark spot on the top of their tongue. When you touch it, it will feel very rough (like the bristle side of velco). Largemouths have a discolored spot sometimes, but it is not rough.
John K Fontenot Diapers and Politicians need to be changed often; and for the same reason.

TP&W dropped the tongue patch as an identifiable characteristic due to some largemouths have developed the toothy patch.

Yup. Very common. It used to confuse the hell out of me.
