Unless you are throwing "magnum" size baits for magnum size bass like we used to do at Falcon Lake then you will love a Falcon Lowrider in the Lizard Dragger 1 and Lizard Dragger 2. The "2" is a little heavier and I recommend it for all except the heaviest Carolina Rigging. You will have one of the best...plus $100 left over for more stuff!!

I use a Champ 804 for deep water, bigger baits, and a Champ 763 for shallower water, finesse type baits.

I really like both of them, for what I use them for.

Great rod, designed especially for c-riggin'. Hard to beat.

I think I bought 2 from you last year, Cody keeps kicking them in the water! wink how much you paying him? laugh

***Cody didn't kick it in water, but fishing his boat Pack Tourney I caught fish on it and rod & reel just disappeared. Jim, Cody, or I never saw it go in or splash.

I use a 7'6" heavy bass pro carbon light with a pro qualifier reel, this set up has never let me down at falcon lake, I use 3/4 to 1 1/2 wight on my Carolina. you can check out my video and see the rod in action!

For lighter stuff yes. I actually use a 765 for flipping.
