I'm not really sure the bite was ever really on this year. I went down there three weeks ago and didn't do very good. We caught fish, but not like it should had been. Didn't see or talk to anyone having a good day either. The boat show was DEFINITELY there, but the fish weren't. I think that's the most people I've ever seen crappie fishing in one spot. Easily 50 boats or more.

I have a buddy that fished the coop two weeks ago. They wacked them. He said no one else was catching much. they were fishing with some kind of red minnow they get shipped by Fedex.
