Ive been going to Kincaid's since I was little and still cant find a better burger. Okay, "Crazy."  Dude, they have THREE freakin' choices, all of which are unincumbered by any detectable seasoning! The best hamburgers, bar none, are those that can be found at Prince's locations in Houston.
That is an old, classic, Houston-local hamburger joint and they make the best hamburgers in the world.
Whataburger has to be up there somewhere, too. They make some good burgers and they are a Texas relic.

Bass Lantern on lake fork has the best 1/2 pound cheeseburgers I have ever tried,and driving all over the state I have had quite a few,but always willing to have one more!!!!

Coppell Deli has a really good burger. http://www.coppelldeli.com and Denton Indepent hamburger company on the square in downtown denton is good as well.
