Smith Corner in Bryson. I take the double meat, double cheese, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, and Jalepeno's. Lora gets their version of a Philly Cheese Steak Samich.

"Giant Burger" in Rhome. I deliver food to restaurants all over, and I can tell everyone where, what, & when to eat at whatever place... This place makes a burger so stinking big that you can't even eat it w/out it falling apart on you. Did I mention taste?

For all the Austin area folk's, if your not making your own at home, you gotta try Billy's on Burnet. New place, but done right. My favorite is the mushroom burger. They do oval patties on round buns, for a little bit of overhang. Also, anywhere I can pull into a Storm's, I do, and order double meat, double cheese with bacon. In Austin, 2nd to Billy's gotta go with Hilbert's. Dirty's was and is still good, just not the same place. Bass Masterson, liked your post, looked at your bio, and am curious just what a Stone Consultant does?

1. Star Cafe in Cowtown tie 2. Wing It in Terrell and now in Lewisville (try their Onion Rings with Brad's special sauce instead of fries) tie 2. Tommy's in Lake Worth off 820 and at Eagle Mountain Lake

Off of 37 on your way to Corpus From San Antonio, take exit #83 and go over the overpass to "ye old sandwhich shoppe." Be sure to ask for the sourdough bread. Really tasty burgers, best I've tasted.

I will second Butcher Boy's in Nacogdoches. Clear Springs is a close second and you can't beat their onion rings.
