I hear Amilia has opened her 4th restaraunt since 1971. Has anyone tried this new one out? The Oak Cliff place is my favorite. Hands down best bean soup! Enchiladas are simply amazing.

Haven't tried it but it gets horrible reviews. Goes by Cafe Herrera.

We still miss the Carrollton location. It closed just before Mockingbird opened. Many a Friday night spent on Josey Ln with a 2B and some bean soup.

We've eaten at Denton Drive (Oak Lawn) location and it was good.

A big Boomer on the old josey ln spot. I work right by the Mockingbird one and have heard mixed reviews. heard the Margaritas were good. I've heard the one in Oakcliff (on Illinois I think) is killer.

I knew I had a problem with the Carrollton location when we walked in one night and I ordered a 2B. The waiter looked at me and said "Sir, are you ever going to order anything different?" From then on he would greet the wife and I with "2B's or not 2B's?"

Loved that place.
