I'm going fishing up here this spring and was wondering if anyone has been there? If so how does it compare to any lakes in TX if any? They don't seem to have many fishing reports or at least nothing like I am used to seeing around here.

go to www.chattanoogafishingforum.com Depending on what time of year you'll be fishing..In Spring tournaments, it's not unusual for 35 lbs to win....one last year was around 45 lbs....throwing A-rigs....but, remember in Tennessee only 3 hooks allowed.......

I fished there last year. Awesome fishery!
Yeah it will fish somewhat like Texas lakes. Look for long tapering points. Tons of them down there.
Looks for deep rocks or brush on them. Mid lake - south end seem to be the most popular areas.
Enjoy the scenery!

They don't seem to have many fishing reports or at least nothing like I am used to seeing around here. Charlie Reed won the 1986 Bassmaster Classic throwing floating worms around the dam..... But that was back when they had the classic in like August I believe.
