Congrats to Bret Hite for winning the FLW at Okeechobee. I just realized how many Arkansas boys finished in the top 15. Gregg Bohannon, Stetson Blaylock, Larry Nixon, Kerry Milner, and Scott Suggs are all in the top 15. That's a pretty good line up, and they make me proud to be from Arkansas. Hats off to them and especially Brett Hite, he was on fire!

Yes Sir, I am from Arkansas. I was born and raised in Sherman Texas and transplanted myself here 35 years ago. That would be very hard for me to do! Texas fishing is what brought me to Texas and what will keep me here!

I didn't fish when I left Texas, so I didn't care. I was chasing something else in those days, and they say you can take the boy out of Texas but you can't take Texas out of the boy. Fishing on Lake Dardanelle isn't too bad.
