I need help, lost the key to my 94 skeeter. Talked to a few people and they said to find the number on the key that goes to that boat and get it from ebay. Does anyone kno if that's true and if so does anyone know the number on the key -94 skeeter zx 200. I really appreciate it thank you.

Most marine dealers sell keys. Call around and find one that has some for your engine.

Another good idea is: to attach one under the console. Seen this while working on boats.

I keep mine on my keychain with everything else. My Grandparents kept their boat keys separate (they have 3 boats) and would always lose them. I made my rookie mistake by not buying floaters. Every key I had sank to the bottom and it was a pain to retrieve them in single digit weather.

I had the hardware store make 4 more last time. Extra one in the truck, one in the boat storage compartment, one in the tackle box and one on the keychain.

Some keys are on unique blanks and only available through a dealer. It is still worth getting some spares.
