Weather been such a factor last couple weeks. Big stripers are on the prowl but days on the water depend if mother nature will let us go. I'm telling everybody "mama" been ruthless this year for sure. Sure seems sunny mild days been good to great and overcast nastier days been more difficult. Water temps were 40 as it was and with nasty cold blast last 3 days have opted not to go which was good. I can only imagine on water temps but will know how the stripers mood is after sat & sun. Numbers been fair this year so far but average size way up. We are seeing lot's of 9-14 pound fish with a few 15-18 pound fish here and there. I expect to see some 20 plus soon. Last weekend i myself stuck a huge 17#11oz and only kept her out long enough to weigh " i thought she was bigger" then release. Benton chime in if you want. Did take a few pics of some fish here and there smile

this fish is angry he tells me smile

With all this harsh winter weather the bite has been ok. hope we see some warming trends soon.

Chris, You da' man! Great sunny pictures. 1+ I love that dock shot of the 4 guys best too. Castin & Swimming those 1/4 to 1/2oz Blakemore Road Runner jigs with a 7" to 12" white curly tail has been awesome in the shallows on these select sunny days. Come on SUN .... I got Cabin FEVER bad....
