Has anyone ever put a pedal tub in a CC for a foot control TM? I have never seen it done and I know that most CC have an anchor store up front.
I am wanting a CC but I don't care for hand control TM and I have heard that wireless TM are a lot different from cable driven.

I have a Kenner CC and use a wireless. I went from a hand control to the wireless and haven't looked back. The best thing about the wireless is that I can be anywhere on the boat and control the t/m with the key fob. BTW-I have a motor guide wireless.
At least my boat and truck are paid for, woo hoo!

Just bought a new nautic star CC. I also went with a wireless MK 112 lbs iPilot link. I've had it out a couple of times and seem to really like the wireless.

I fish with a gentleman who has a CC with iPilot and that is a great combination for staying on the fish. You can watch your "big" electronics that are mounted on the console and control the boat while you cast, and "anchor" the boat to a fixed point with the iPilot. I don't have iPilot. I run my hand control trolling motor on low, steer the boat with the steering wheel big motor turned off while watching the electronics (side imaging). That gets me on the fish but I have to circle or run to the front and kill the trolling motor. Nothing like top of the line iPilot.

I crappie fish a lot and most of my brush piles are fairly small and from what people are telling me is that the iPilot doesn't hold tight. They say I will drift off of my piles and not be able to stay on top of them.
I was really hoping that someone had put a pedal tub in a CC before because I really dont want a hand control

Motor Guide has a new model hands free with GPS capabilities. Might check it out. Most cc's won't accommodate a pedal tube, it reduces an already limited front deck.
