Anyone that is still using those trusty curado 200 bantams, how far can you cast a 1/4 oz or 1/2 oz rat-l-trap? I remember back a few years I could cast rat-l-traps (and other lipless cranks) extremely far with a curado bantam, but I since then sold it so I can't remember just how far it was.

Thanks IA

My old green ones could spool the reel with a 1/4 oz trap on a 7' med rod. I'm sure a lot of reels can I can with my lews now.

Set up correctly, you could cast them beyond 50 yards with a 1/2 oz. rat-l-trap style bait. I have the 200B's and some of the 200's, but only 1 of the bantam. I would equate the bantam to almost like the SFs. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.
