2006 Skeeter: Original Continental batteries! Think I know which ones I'll go with when time comes.

If there is a Sams club around you check out the Duracell batteries. They are made by Deka. I have been very happy with mine AGM and Lead acid.

I have been looking at buying these for my trolling motor batteries.

I bought Exide batteries at Academy. They lasted 9 months. Water checked periodically and always charged on an automatic charger as soon as I got off the water. They do have a one year warranty but I couldn't find the receipt. I will not buy them again.

Wal-Mart Marine MAXX DC29 series. They will last you at least 3 years if maintained properly. I just changed both of mine just over the 3 year mark.

My Continental batteries went out just this last weekend. My boat is a 2012 and this is what they came with. I have run the Everstart Marine Maxx 29DC's on my last 3 boats, the Maxx series is a 24month battery. With consistency I have got at the minimum 3 years out of these batteries on my last 3 boats. Like mentioned above Walmart is 24/7 and there is always one within about 50 miles. I can also get 3 batteries for a bit over $300 compared to spending that on just one battery.

Last February I put in 3 Interstate Pro ECL batteries to replace my dead trolling motor batteries. Easily last all day and recharge very quickly. 18 month no questions asked warranty.
