Made for good tv got all of you paying attention and posting about it . Like shaw grigsby and all the other anglers said this is a high emotion tournament format . Who are we to judge ? Fact is i rather fish especially tournements with someone who is passionate than someone whos like oh well we will get them next time. I would fish with bobby anytime . I admire his passion im pretty sure hes not gonna lose any sleep over breaking his rod or reel either or even what we think but i bet he lost sleep over losing thats what i admire the most .

It's made for TV drama and by the looks of this thread it's working. The drama is encouraged and there's no such thing as bad press.

Since its Super Bowl Sunday.....he's just a "mediocre" fisherman. That's what happens when "mediocre" fisherman go against the big boys. "mediocre...at best"

He was just pissed that he thought he was going to win and even said "Shaw may not catch another fish". Well Shaw did and Bobby had a 3 year old meltdown and said, "this happens everytime I get close"!

Well maybe you need to accept the fact that you may not be the best one out there?

Kinda reminded me of Ish Monroe and his cussing meltdown tyraids.

To the family in the barge at Lavon last summer that witnessed an F bomb tirade when that guy lost a 5 lber right at the net, Bobby Lane owes you an apology because I would never do that!

MFL could have edited that out to protect his image but they chose to air it for ratings, can't blame them for doing so. They are making money off of his tirade.

I guess he felt the other fishermen should have quit fishing so he could advance, they didn't, they are good fishermen too. Nothing was owed to Bobby. Quit acting like a baby and take your butt whooping like a man , congratulate the ones that made it and move on.

I have no problem what so ever with his frustration level! It was honest emotion and sometimes it comes out!

No stunt. Raw emotion! It would have freaked me out a bit too. Who cares! Way overblown

Some people have soft skin it seems as well. Its not near as big a deal as some want it to be.
