Have been several times, and always from the bank. I just can't bring myself to pay the $30 for taking the boat. That being said, can usually get into them in the trees on either CJ's or Secret 7. Bait you a hole with either range cubes or sour maize and get after it. Most of the fish we have caught out of there are in the 2-6 pound range. Medium light spinning or casting gear and carolina rigs with treble hooks for the bait. Hope this helps.

easy fishing there. If you launch a boat just go closer to the discharge where the water temp is right, in the summer go away from it. You will catch 100+channels..super easy fishing I just dont feel like driving, paying $30 to catch channel cats

He didn't do very well only caught 6 but we fished timber close to discharge. Secret 7 was bait we used
Fog was so bad we didn't leave ramp until 12 so only got to fish for 3 hours. Good luck and let me know how you do

Filled the cooler up almost 2 weeks ago..... Big fish are medium to shallow right now...
Full of eggs ready to burst ........Chum a hole .. fish ... If it gets slow, move and change depths...
You will find them ... Just have to look ... $.02
