Hit Northlakes for a couple hours this afternoon and only had one bite. At least it was a descent bite. 6 pounder  I saw you out there today good day to fish the place.

I finally got to get out and fish and I caught my first fish of the year. Only got 4 today and nothing big but it was nice to get out.

Thanks Ponderfishin...although they are no where near the size of the fish that you catch  I need to meet you up at your spot some time. It's been a while since I fished that pond.

I've been hammering my new spot bcs I love freezing to death and not catching squat! Springs coming and when it does... I am getting a DD

Hey Dan, does DD stand for Damn Drum...like you caught a couple of years ago That was an epic drum! I was sure I had a 12lb bass... I need to fish that place again now that I have a nice fish finder. I wonder what it really looks like. @ Basstastic- I have not been to LBJ in two years sorry dude. Someone on here has I am sure.

Weather's warming up for the next week. Who's fishing this weekend. I think I'll have to get out for Fishin' Friday tomorrow and of course go out on Saturday as well. Anyone want to join me?
