Hey my name is Tony and Im just wandering if anyone has an open backseat tomorrow. I am an accomplished angler and have fished a few tournaments. I have all my own gear and can even tow the boat with my truck if needed. I pay more than enough of my way on any trip and buy breakfast/lunch/dinner and sometimes all three if needed. I recently moved to Texas and sold my boat and have not replaced it yet.
PS. Does every small club or tournament series have that one douche in it who tries to ruin the fun of the sport for everyone? For example say your fishing a small Sunday tourney of $40 buy in per boat and one team gets all bent out of shape when they think someone tells where people in tourney field saw them fishing and with what lure and technique. His name will not be mentioned but it is not KVD,Skeet, Hackney, Alton or any other seasoned tournament PROFESSIONAL you might have heard. I have only about two years tourney experience in fishing on me. Chased the mini-tour's and Open circuits in golf for several years and we had those guys too. I just thought fishing might be a little different. I personally am making it my sworn duty to ruin this person's fishing prowess from now on and he better win every little jackpot tournament he can find before I replace my boat. Because after I have another boat I plan on following him around and marking everyone of his spots and telling the forum and any other fisherman I come in contact with his techniques and lures of choice. The cold hard truth for him is I and my little brother own our own business in booming field and I have the potential to fish 5 days a week if I really want to so I could make life very miserable for this person. He does not know me but he will and YOUR just not that good or you would be fishing in other tournaments and have a sponsor and the sort. In golf just because your name is on your bag it does not make you Fred Couples or Tiger Woods.
Im off all day tomorrow. Thanks Tony T

I have plenty of partners and by that manner not looking. My beef was simply when fishing in small bass club for miniscule or no money it's STUPID to act like your a seasoned tournament angler and like a catty woman. If I am putting up a $100+ then I understand the tight lip to some degree, on club or weekly small tournaments it's more about fun than about winning. If you do not agree with that than have a good life. I am financially able through business and tournament golf to live a leisurely life(Thank GOD!). I am truly blessed and grateful, but life is too short to be that small minded. Trust me in big golf tournaments I had tunnel vision and did not talk too much to my competitor's. However in the equivalent buddies throwing in $20-$40 and paying three spots now that was have some beers and cigar's and enjoy yourself, because in the end if you won we are talking $180 max BIG FNG DEAL.
Thanks for your inquiry! Like I said I've only been fishing tournaments for two years. Trust me I can keep my mouth shut when time is right, but not in a $20 per boat weekly jackpot tournament.
PS The Reason I list inquiries for backseats in Bass Fishing section is a matter of number's and sense. Currently 12 viewing in Partner finder and over 200 in bass fishing, pretty simple math even for a dumb country boy like me. I will post duplicates if better served in the future.
Thanks
Tony T

You know your welcome with me anytime. I have fished with Tony and he really is a great guy. And I understand where he is coming from even though it might have been a little blunt and harsh for some. Come back to East Texas soon my friend.

Thanks Bobby How did the high school tournament go for you? You are a cool dude for helping those kids out in the need for boat captain's. They probably could not have got a better captain. I ended up going to Martin Creek on Sunday instead of Fork. The wind was blowing crazy at Martin sure it would have been terrible on Fork. I caught 7 at Martin 3 keepers 2-2.75 and big fish went 3.25 all came on silver blue back rattle trap. I found a small top water bite coming into the ramp and had the trap tied on and just waited to see jumping shad and fired the trap a little past and burned it as fast as I could and picked up big and one of the keepers. They had a couples tourney out there and it was packed 35+ boats. 90% on the hot water side water went from 68.9 to 51. I will hit you up again the next time I'm up north hopefully we can get out again. My ankles all fixed up so I would be alot more help this time. Hope you and the family are well and wife too, talk to you soon.
Thanks for your post. I didnt want to come off like a dbag

Blunt is far more appreciated than a bush-beater...at least in my book.
