This may be long post due to that i'm going to explain my problem and hope someone has an idea what is going on
It's been about 3 week since i ran my motor it ran fine. Today i was going to lake stopped and put 12 gal fuel in with 32oz Yamalube (I Pre-Mix) Got to lake motor cranked ok and idle ok headed down lake got about a mile form Boat ramp and motor went into a lul like it was firing on 3 cylds at first i tought i had blown engine then it died i tried to crank but it was like it was locked up or Crank battery dead tried jumping from TM battery nothing then thought maybe starter was bad tried to hot wire to starter nothing, just a clicking sound. So i put TM down and headed back toward ramp after about 25 mins i tried it, it cranked but was running very ruff so i gave it gas and it got on plane heaed toward boat ramp and it ran fine top end but as i came off it ran a bit rough i turn around and ran down dam staying close to BR it ran ok ran to another place and it got on plane ok top end but as i came off it sounded as it was running on 3 cylds again i left there and ran across lake (Yea i know stupied) but wanted to see if it was going to do the same thing. It ran ok went to another spot then to BR and loaded it up. Not sure what happened could it of vapor locked is that why it acted like it was locked up and would not turn over and possible bad gas making it run like on 3 cylinders? I've got a tour Sunday so i'm needing it, i'm sure i will carry it in for service next week . Anyone have any ideas what happened or has this happened to anyone.

Fuel pump or hoses never been changed I really think I got some bad gas going to siphon some out to see if there is water in it. Being that engine started running ok at the end do u think any damage was done. going to take it in for a check up next week

Check the compression before doing anything else. I would be concerned that it acted like it was locked up, doesn't sound like fuel to me. You can buy a compression gauge at O'Reilly's or go to local boat shop and have it done. But if you still think fuel problem, check the fuel line on the boat side of the primer ball. Have had 2 different boats that people were running ethanol fuel and caused the liner in the fuel line to separate and clog up the line. If this is so, replace fuel lines and filters and put some seafoam in the tank.

Bad gas will cause those issues you are having. That may or may not be the problem, but it's where I would start.
