Boys are 15 and 10; both throw baitcast reels now. They can fish. Where is my best option during the 2nd week of march? T-wok, Texoma, cooper?

If we get rain, and lots of it any of the lakes you mentioned will be good.
If not, Texoma and Tawakoni will be your only choice, both will be going strong and both have some great guides to use, pick one and get the guide lined up, spring break is a very busy time for them.
